MEDITAS Pain Therapy
Pain Glossary
A
- Achilles tendon pain
Achilles tendon pain
Caused by an intensive, unusual strain of the tendon while e.g. forefoot running. Also through a contraction of the musculature that lifts and/or lowers the foot. What many don’t realize: Running, jogging, playing tennis or dancing are highly unilateral movements. After a longer period of time, they cause a muscular contraction starting at the shin (tibia) up to the back of the thighbone (femur). The pain is usually reduced significantly by the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment, even when micro-cracks are already present. - Arthritic pain in all joints
Arthritic pain in all joints
A common diagnosis, which in most cases is not correct even with verified arthritis. The pain is caused by faulty tension of the (surrounding) musculature. The pain is usually reduced significantly by the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment, even when arthritis is already present. We could observe this hard-to-believe fact even with advanced osteoarthritis. - Asthmatic pain
Asthmatic pain
Muscular pain, which is caused among asthmatics through massive contraction at the diaphragm in the chest area. The pain is usually reduced significantly by the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment. - Ankle pain
Ankle pain
Develops today more frequently due to unilateral walking or through high-heels. It is mostly reduced significantly through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment. We warn explicitly of using supporting devices in shoes: everything that supports and bolsters (e.g. arch support), weakens muscles and connective tissue. B
- Breathing pain
Breathing pain
Frequently caused through muscular contractions in the chest area. See Asthmatic pain. The pain is usually reduced significantly by the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment. - Baker cyst
Baker cyst
Result of an extremely contracted musculature at the backside of the leg, caused by frequent sitting. Connective tissue densifies, and is to blame for the pain.
We are mostly able to reduce the pain significantly within the first treatment by applying the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure. This proves that the cyst, although still present, is not the underlying cause of the pain. Apart from that, a lot of people get falsely diagnosed with a baker cyst simply because they have pain in the hollow of their knee. - Bekhterev's disease
Bekhterev's disease
Against all expectations, we are able to reduce the pain drastically even with this diagnosis, where an inflammatory event was verified. The pain can be reduced significantly with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment. This means that the respective blood parameter, which is claimed responsible for this disease, likely does not relate to the existing pain. We could observe that the inflammation parameter, the CRP-values, declined very quickly through our therapy – without using any kind of medication, like always. - Back pain
Back pain
Caused through our today’s common life- and movement habits. People suffer from it most frequently, more than from headaches. No matter if there already are damaged discs or other structural changes: Back pain is easy to treat if you know where to start. The pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Bruxism
Bruxism
Teeth grinding along with the according tension and pain are widely spread today. Mouth guards are booming. Thereby, it’s actually very simple: If the grinding is accompanied by pain in the jaw joint, the pain is mostly reduced significantly already within the first treatment through applying the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure (0-30% of remaining pain). The false tension of the pathologically programmed muscles starts to ease. The grinding of the teeth at night subsides. C
- Chronic pain
Chronic pain
To us, it does not matter if your pain is chronic or not. This may sound unbelievable, but we reduce pain that has been present for 10 years or longer with the same results (0-30% of remaining pain) like those, which occurred recently. At our Pain Therapy education courses, we treated pain conditions that were present for up to 45 years. - Calcanea spur
Calcanea spur
Result of contracted fascia that build up too much tension at the heel bone (calcaneus). Osteoblasts move into the developing cavity, the spur forms.
The heel spur itself does not cause the pressure pain but parts of the tendon do. Once you reduce the tension of certain fascia and muscles, the pain gets usually reduced significantly in the first treatment through the MEDITAS Pressure Point treatment.
People with the boney shape of a heel spur, radiologically verified, who are not suffering from any pain, prove that the pain is mostly not related to the tip of the bone.
How progressive is a pain therapy, that sends patients with heel spurs to an orthopaedic shoemaker who then fits them an inlay with a hole at the painful spot? - Calcified shoulder
Calcified shoulder
Describes pain in a shoulder, where a deposition of calcium was found. With both pain and calcium present at the same time, common theory simply concludes from this fact to its causality.
We argue vehemently against it since we are able to reduce the pain significantly in almost all cases of such a calcified shoulder, just as pain in the shoulders. - Carpal tunnel syndrome
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Tendons are overstrained to such an extend that they swell and don’t have enough space left within the tendon sheath. Although the swelling of the area needs to subside through relieving the tendons at first, the pain is mostly reduced significantly through the MEDITAS Pain Point pressure already within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is often already diagnosed when pain arises, but when the overload has not let to overstrained tendons yet. - Cramping pain
Cramping pain
One of the pains that are treated most easily. It is often misinterpreted as Restless-Legs-Syndrome in the area of the legs. It is mostly reduced significantly yet alone through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). - Coccyx pain
Coccyx pain
It often appears after a fall exactly on this bone and sometimes won’t subside for years. All you have to do is to remove the strains that were “programmed” following the impact. The pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. D
- Disc protrusion
Disc protrusion
The common theory is plain and simple: the mass leaking out of a disc or the protrusion of an overstrained disc presses on a nerve root, irritating it. This causes the pain in the back or even leads to radiating pain along the legs, in extreme cases even towards the feet. The nerve root with the affected nerve are supposed to be responsible for the pain.
We reduce the pain in most cases drastically down to 0-30% of remaining pain, often already in the first treatment. This proves that, even when damaged discs are present, these are not related to the pain. The common theory needs to be corrected.
Also the pain, that radiates into the legs is not related to nerves. The actual cause are sheer overstrained bundles of muscles fibres that burn due to their overload. We also prove this by remediating the pain radiating down the legs without much effort.
In regards to the feeling of numbness of legs, feet or toes and their irritation, as well as their loss of control: common pain-theory claims that nerves get restricted in their conductivity through the pressure of the discs at their roots. In theory, this could be possible.
In practice, we experience since over 20 years that the blockage of these nerves happens within permanent contracted muscles: these muscles are sheer overstrained and acidotic, constricting everything that passes through them.
Next to the nerves, this also includes blood vessels. We have experienced many times that cold feet (or hands, where similar actions take place in the shoulder-neck area) become much warmer after one treatment.
We are able to prove that the common theory is a misconception since we are able to reduce or eliminate these occurrences through relaxing and re-programming the affected muscles. E
- Eye pain
Eye pain
Often caused by extreme screen work, strenuous reading or excessive TV watching. What comes along with it – the associated cramped condition of the eye musculature. We are usually able to reduce the pain significantly with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment. F
- Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia
Although we might get a lot of protest: Patients with fibromyalgia do not suffer from a disease. Fibromyalgia is an exclusion-diagnosis and simply means “pain in fibres and in the muscle”.
It is merely a name for multiple pain conditions which the patient suffers from simultaneously and whose causes cannot be explained. She/he has pain at various overstrained locations, which produce alarm pain. With our therapy, we start with the worst pain, eliminate it and then proceed in the same way with the rest of the pain conditions. Even “fibromyalgia-pain” gets mostly reduced significantly within the first treatment. - Finger- and thumb pain
Finger- and thumb pain
They are often caused by strains and resulting recovery-tension. They are mostly reduced significantly through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment. - Frozen shoulder
Frozen shoulder
With a frozen shoulder, there is – all of a sudden – very little movement possible in the shoulder joint. In this case, our smart body “freezes” almost all shoulder movement.
What happens here, just like in many other locations in our body, is a lengthy build-up of faulty programmed muscles. Often associated with sudden weakness, the pain seems to appear out of nowhere. When you solve the tension early with our therapy, the Frozen Shoulder basically “melts” away while watching. In most cases, we are able to reduce the related pain drastically, although it may take a longer period of time to regain full range of motion. - Foot joint pain
Foot joint pain
Develops today more frequently due to unilateral walking or through high-heels. It is mostly reduced significantly through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment. We warn explicitly of using supporting devices in shoes: everything that supports and bolsters (e.g. arch support), weakens muscles and connective tissue. - Foot pain
Foot pain
See foot joint pain. They often develop through improper shoes, lengthy standing and missing movements of the foot. These unilateral strains result in an ever growing “muscular tensile stress”.
Jogger’s shinbone, arthritis of the ankle, injuries of the achilles tendon, cramping calves or baker cysts are all different symptoms resulting from the same cause. Foot pain is mostly reduced significantly through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure already within the first treatment. G
- Golf-elbow
Golf-elbow
See also tennis-elbow. Develops due to contractions of certain muscles through unilateral strain. In about 75%, the pains are reduced significantly within the first treatment only through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure. Among the remaining 25%, the pull of the tendon at the bone has already led to injuries of the bone skin (periosteum) or even caused a detachment of the periosteum. The pain is reducible even in these cases, but does not disappear completely, continues to come back, although lessening every time. It can take a few weeks until the muscular situation is back to normal and the injury at the base of the tendon is healed. - Groin pain
Groin pain
We differentiate groin pain between lifting or bringing back the leg. Although they have two different causes, they trigger the same alarm pain. It is mostly reduced significantly yet alone through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). H
- Herniated disc
Herniated disc
The common theory is plain and simple: the mass leaking out of a disc or the protrusion of an overstrained disc presses on a nerve root, irritating it. This causes the pain in the back or even leads to radiating pain along the legs, in extreme cases even towards the feet. The nerve root with the affected nerve are supposed to be responsible for the pain.
We reduce the pain in most cases drastically down to 0-30% of remaining pain, often already in the first treatment. This proves that, even when damaged discs are present, these are not related to the pain. The common theory needs to be corrected.

Heel spur
Result of contracted fascia that build up too much tension at the heel bone (calcaneus). Osteoblasts move into the developing cavity, the spur forms.
The heel spur itself does not cause the pressure pain but parts of the tendon do. Once you reduce the tension of certain fascia and muscles, the pain gets usually reduced significantly in the first treatment through the MEDITAS Pressure Point treatment.

How progressive is a pain therapy, that sends patients with heel spurs to an orthopaedic shoemaker who then fits them an inlay with a hole at the painful spot? - Hip joint pain
Hip joint pain
Almost always a result of unilateral movement and is mostly reduced significantly through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). It can be experienced in the joint itself while moving or as pressure pain at the greater trochanter located on the outside of the thigh (femur). The cause is a blank unilateral motion control of the hip joint, which it is not intended for genetically, and the almost complete missing of certain movement-angles of the thigh. - Head turning pain
Head turning pain
Develops though a contraction of certain muscle groups and can be reduced selectively and fast (0-30% of remaining pain). Wearing a neck ruff procrastinates healing. - Headache
Headache
Today, up to 220 kinds of headaches are defined. They originate from 220 parameters that are set and examined as to how they change within bodies that experience pain.
Against wide-spread common beliefs, over 90% have the same cause: contracted, falsely-programmed muscles that scream for help. This is why the pain is mostly reduced significantly yet alone through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). I
- Ischialgia
Ischialgia
Based on our experience, we claim that the so-called sciatica or irritation of the sciatic nerve is often a misunderstanding.
The pain usually starts at the buttocks, goes along the outside of the thigh, then runs across the knee and in worst cases, along the lower leg down to the foot. However, the nerve itself runs along the backside of the thigh. This is an indication of the misinterpretation, which seems to happen a lot from our experience. In these cases, the nerve is neither irritated nor inflamed since we are able to reduce the pain within minutes in almost all cases to 0-30% of remaining pain. If the condition of the nerve would be the cause of the pain, we would not be able to ease the pain so fast though re-programming the musculature. - Intercostal neuralgia
Intercostal neuralgia
See ischialgia, sciatica.
We also believe the intercostal neuralgia to be a misunderstanding, since we are able to reduce the pain of the so-called intercostal neuralgia significantly with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). The pain, which often accompanies the movements of the rib cage while breathing, is caused through a falsely-trained diaphragm. This relates to the incorrect breathing of almost all people. - Inner-meniscus pain
Inner-meniscus pain
Frequently misdiagnosed, at least when it states that the pain experienced around the knee relates to the menisci. The assumed tear or crack often does not exist and even if it does, it has nothing to do with the pain. The pain at the inside or outside of the knee is mostly reduced drastically already within the first treatment with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure (0-30% of remaining pain). J
- Jogger's shinbone
Jogger's shinbone
Develops out of a strong imbalance between the flexors and extensors of the feet. Eventually, the tip of the foot drags along the ground while jogging. Irritation of tendons develop, in worse cases the periosteum (bone skin) detaches from the shinbone (tibia).
The pain is mostly reduced significantly already through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). In cases where the periosteum was injured, it certainly needs to heal first. Like with a tennis- or golf elbow, this can take a few weeks. - Jaw joint pain
Jaw joint pain
Caused mostly by very tensed and contracted chewing-muscles. Who still “opens their mouth” today? Affected patients often “clench their teeth” to endure unbearable situations. And who still enjoys to bite into a big apple? Soft hamburgers are easily compressed to 1.5 cm and slid through slightly opened teeth. The pain is mostly reduced significantly through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). The widely assumed connection between imbalances of the chewing muscles and back issues can apply – but addressing the massive trunk musculature when experiencing back pain is a lot more effective from our experience. We further presume that a corrected spine rather balances a faulty bit than the other way around. K
- Knee hollow pain
Knee hollow pain
They develop through a contraction of certain muscle groups and can almost always be reduced significantly with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). - Knee pain
Knee pain
Develops through a contraction of certain muscles groups and is easily treated, contrary to common beliefs. In almost all cases, it can be reduced significantly through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain).
Obvious cause is the common unphysiological use of the knee joints. “Water on the knee” is evidently a protection-mechanism of the body that should not be ignored by simply removing the excess fluid. The partial removal of the synovium to eliminate the production of fluids should be criticized. - Kidney pain
Kidney pain
The pain often does not originate from the kidneys themselves. Since the pain is experienced exactly at this location, this misunderstanding occurs a lot of times. In this particular case, you can use our therapy differential diagnostically: If it does not have an effect, the pain can indeed originate from the kidneys. But this happens very seldom, since the pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. L
- Leg length inequality (LLI, LLD)
Leg length inequality (LLI, LLD)
Unequal leg length and the accompanying pelvic obliquity with the resulting scoliosis are often made responsible for back, hip and knee pain.
We claim that these phenomena are causatively unrelated to the pain.
Once you remove the leg length inequality, which is almost always caused by an uneven suspension of the hip joint — which itself is caused by unilaterally trained muscles — the pelvic obliquity disappears almost automatically and with it, the scoliosis.
Although it may take some time until the according muscles are re-trained until the situation becomes permanently programmed, the related pain can be reduced to 0-30% of remaining pain within the first treatment. - Listhesis
Listhesis
They are usually diagnosed to find a cause for the pain. Often, they don’t exist in reality. If they actually do, then they are not related to most pain conditions that are associated with sliding vertebrae. In both cases, we are mostly able to reduce the pain significantly with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). - Limb pain
Limb pain
Found in all extremities. Most of them are, like so often, a result of unilateral movements or the complete missing of movement-angles, both of which our musculature actually relies on keeping on training healthy programs. Pain in the limbs is in almost all cases reduced drastically within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). - Lumbago
Lumbago
An explosive onset of lower back pain, partially combined with a so-called sciatica or ischialgia. Develops through sudden movements which causes an overstrain of the “falsely-programmed” muscles (falsely trained through a lot of sitting and bend-over working). The body tries to protect itself from an incorrect loading of the discs. The pain is almost always reduced significantly during the first MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). - Lumbar spine pain
Lumbar spine pain
A misleading term, since in reality, not the lumbar spine hurts, but pain is experienced in the “greater area” of the lumbar spine. From all back pains, they are experienced most and develop usually through our rather static, far too often sitting on furniture. Muscles along with fascia contract, risking the health of the discs. The pain warns of the damage of the discs. It is mostly reduced significantly yet alone through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). - Lower back pain
Lower back pain
From all back pains, they are experienced most and develop usually through our rather static, far too often sitting on furniture. Muscles along with fascia contract, risking the health of the discs. The pain warns of the damage of the discs. It is mostly reduced significantly yet alone through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). M
- Meniscus pain
Meniscus pain
Frequently misdiagnosed, at least when it states that the pain experienced around the knee relates to the menisci. The assumed tear or crack often does not exist and even if it does, it has nothing to do with the pain. The pain at the inside or outside of the knee is mostly reduced drastically already within the first treatment with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure (0-30% of remaining pain). - Migraine
Migraine
See headache.
For us, migraine is an (significant) increase of headaches. We treat it in the same way, but it requires a more intensive therapy than headaches as the muscular dysfunctions have progressed further. Migraine warns us of damage to the cervical spine. Observe someone during a migraine attack: the patient holds the head completely motionless, since every movement will cause (shooting) pain. The tension has grown to such an extend, that every movement could cause the discs to burst. The body prevents this from happening (with the pain).
Changes of blood pressure can play an additional role. They are caused through the blocking of blood vessels in the area of the cervical spine. Migraine is often reduced significantly within the first treatment alone with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure. We have also achieved to subside an attack, which frequently builds up over one day or two.
Simply by observing how migraine attacks develop, makes the muscular relation become obvious. Unfortunately, in common understanding, cause and effect are confused; muscular tension is understood as a result of migraine-pain. However, pain is the result of the muscular tension. Following the first treatment, frequency and intensity of the attacks lessen and subside with further treatments. Of course, the therapy is more complex compared to the one of e.g. headaches. - Morbus bechterew
Morbus bechterew
Against all expectations, we are able to reduce the pain drastically even with this diagnosis, where an inflammatory event was verified. The pain can be reduced significantly with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment. This means that the respective blood parameter, which is claimed responsible for this disease, likely does not relate to the existing pain. We could observe that the inflammation parameter, the CRP-values, declined very quickly through our therapy – without using any kind of medication, like always. N
- Neck tension
Neck tension
Often the beginning of various pain conditions around the head. The increase is light headaches, severe headaches and eventually migraine. Often enough, single steps in between are skipped. The pain or strain is mostly reduced significantly alone through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). Frequently, the treatment releases tensions, that had been causing irritations, feeling-sensations or senses of weakness in the fingers for a long time. You normally look at the base of the particular root at the cervical spine to find the reason for an impact of nerves; but it often happens within permanently contracted muscles. Once you release those tensions, the nerves and their conductivity often recover within the first treatment. - Neck pain

- Outer-meniscus pain)
Outer-meniscus pain)
Frequently misdiagnosed, at least when it states that the pain experienced around the knee relates to the menisci. - Pelvic obliquity
Pelvic obliquity
Unequal leg length and the accompanying pelvic obliquity with the resulting scoliosis are often made responsible for back, hip and knee pain.

Pain in the limbs is in almost all cases reduced drastically within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). - Pubic bone inflammation
Pubic bone inflammation
Unbelievable to us that a diagnosis such as this one exists, which can throw top-class soccer players out of the game. Cause is blank unilateral training. Treatment is simple. The “inflammatory” pain – certainly comparable to the one of tennis elbows – is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Pain in the toes
Pain in the toes
It is also caused by our footwear and our degenerative walking. They are easily treatable and are almost always reduced significantly within the first treatment through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure (0-30% of remaining pain). R
- Restless legs
Restless legs
Endless elderly people suffer from them, especially at night. Although it is often considered a neurological issue, which leads to the use of L-Dopa (a neurological drug which is also used for Parkinson’s disease), you should definitely try our therapy with the Pain Point Pressure treatment. Most cases experience a drastic improvement of the syndrome. If they are actually cramping-pains or if the assumed neurological background can be influenced through feedback-mechanisms, remains irrelevant for the therapy and its success. S
- Slipped disc
Slipped disc

We are able to prove that the common theory is a misconception since we are able to reduce or eliminate these occurrences through relaxing and re-programming the affected muscles. - Sliding vertebrae
Sliding vertebrae
They are usually diagnosed to find a cause for the pain. Often, they don’t exist in reality. If they actually do, then they are not related to most pain conditions that are associated with slipped vertebrae. In both cases, we are mostly able to reduce the pain significantly with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). - Sciatica

Shin splints
Develops out of a strong imbalance between the flexors and extensors of the feet. Eventually, the tip of the foot drags along the ground while jogging. Irritation of tendons develop, in worse cases the periosteum (bone skin) detaches from the shinbone (tibia).
The pain is mostly reduced significantly already through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure within the first treatment (0-30% of remaining pain). In cases where the periosteum was injured, it certainly needs to heal first. Like with a tennis- or golf elbow, this can take a few weeks. - Shoulder calcification
Shoulder calcification
Describes pain in a shoulder, where a deposition of calcium was found. With both pain and calcium present at the same time, common theory simply concludes from this fact to its causality.
We argue vehemently against it since we are able to reduce the pain significantly in almost all cases of such a calcified shoulder, just as pain in the shoulders. - Sacroiliac joint (SJ) pain
Sacroiliac joint (SJ) pain
The pain is experienced in the area of the sacroiliac joint, but has hardly anything to do with the joint itself. It is also caused by pathological muscular tension. Therefore, the pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Stiff neck
Stiff neck
This extreme increase of tension in the neck area is basically just as easy to treat. To resolve the tension, which sometimes has been built up over decades, can be more complex though. Muscles are at their maximum limit, so that a simple minor movement can trigger the stiffness of the neck. The pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Shoulder-arm-syndrome
Shoulder-arm-syndrome
A lot of therapists believe the treatment to be complicated, since there is a huge amount of muscles around the shoulder (glenohumeral) joint. The so-called rotator cuff is a group of tendons and muscles that surround the shoulder joint and is responsible for an optimum configuration of the joint. Our unilateral movements today have a severe impact on them. It may sound unbelievable again, but the pain, no matter if it is felt mainly around the shoulder or if it is felt along the arm, is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure – without much effort if you know how to do it. In case some tendons have been affected through the false use, they are then able to restore and re-structure themselves once the related muscles have been re-programmed. - Scoliosis
Scoliosis
See also Pelvic obliquity, leg length inequality (LLI, LLD).
The pain that is commonly attributed to scolioses, is only indirectly related to it. If you treat the related muscles with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure Treatment, the pain is reduced mostly clearly to 0-30% of remaining pain. - Soft-tissue rheumatism
Soft-tissue rheumatism
From our experience this diagnosis is often made out of embarrassment since rheumatism is mostly not present. Usually, the pain is easily treated, no matter what kind of soft tissue is affected. Even when rheumatic ailments actually do exist, you can achieve a reduction of your pain through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure. T
- Thigh pain
Thigh pain
Often a pain of overstrain. The body has reached a muscular “dead-end”, where our therapy can help it out of. The pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Thighbone pain
Thighbone pain
Often a pain of overstrain. The body has reached a muscular “dead-end”, where our therapy can help it out of. The pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Torticollis
Torticollis
Muscles build up tension in such a unilateral way, that you are only able to somewhat avoid the pain when holding your head obliquely. In this position, the discs are at least at risk. Through a wryneck, the body is trying to avoid any damage of the discs and an overstrain of particular muscle groups. The pain is very often reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Tendonitis
Tendonitis
See Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
Although often diagnosed, most of the pain conditions that receive this diagnosis are not actual inflammation of the tendons. If there is an actual inflammation, it is recognizable through the coarse sound the tendons make while moving the fingers. Treatment is again very simple. The pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Tenosynovitis

Texting thumb
We are not joking; a texting thumb is being diagnosed more often now. The name is well chosen; the frequent texting causes such an imbalance in the musculature, that the body is forced to send off alarm pain in order to protect the joint. The pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Tailbone pain
Tailbone pain
It often appears after a fall exactly on this bone and sometimes won’t subside for years. All you have to do is to remove the strains that were “programmed” following the impact. The pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Tennis elbow
Tennis elbow
See Golf elbow, but at the outer epicondyle.
Please consider that next to tennis players, a lot of motor cyclists and waitresses/waiters are affected. Unilateral movement causes a contraction of certain muscles, building up “muscular tensile stress” starting at the outer epicondyle of the elbow, along the wrist up to the inner epicondyle. Golf-elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon sheath inflammation, ganglions at the wrist, as well as arthritis and pain in the wrist – all originate from the same cause. Depending on the individual situation, the patient suffers from one of these symptoms that all have the same cause. In about 75% of the cases, the pain is already significantly reduced in the first treatment through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure (0-30% of remaining pain). In those cases, where the bone skin (periosteum) was injured more severely, the healing process takes several weeks. - Trigeminal neuralgia
Trigeminal neuralgia
See also Intercostal neuralgia and sciatica/ischialgia.
From our experience, an actual neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve hardly ever exists. Since overstrained muscles burn just like inflamed nerves, it seems quite obvious for the common theory and the patient. We claim: The so far commonly misinterpreted pain protects the jaw joint from damage. The pain is almost always reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment. - Teeth grinding
Teeth grinding
Teeth grinding along with the according tension and pain are widely spread today. Mouth guards are booming. Thereby, it’s actually very simple: If the grinding is accompanied by pain in the jaw joint, the pain is mostly reduced significantly already within the first treatment through applying the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure (0-30% of remaining pain). The false tension of the pathologically programmed muscles starts to ease. The grinding of the teeth at night subsides. - Toe pain
Toe pain
It is also caused by our footwear and our degenerative walking. They are easily treatable and are almost always reduced significantly within the first treatment through the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure (0-30% of remaining pain). W
- Wrist pain
Wrist pain
Develops through unilateral movement, which causes a build-up of “muscular tensile stress” from the lateral epicondyle of the elbow along the wrist up to the medial epicondyle. The pain is usually fairly easy to reduce already within the first treatment with the MEDITAS Pain Point Pressure. The same cause is responsible for tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon sheath inflammation, ganglions at the wrist and arthritis at the wrist. Depending on the individual situation, the affected persons suffer from one of these symptoms of the same cause. - Wryneck
Wryneck
Muscles build up tension in such a unilateral way, that you are only able to somewhat avoid the pain when holding your head obliquely. In this position, the discs are at least at risk. Through a wryneck, the body is trying to avoid any damage of the discs and an overstrain of particular muscle groups. The pain is very often reduced significantly (0-30% of remaining pain) already within the first treatment.
